"The extremely reserved nose is quite similar to that of the Suchots but with more spice and the same distinct floral notes that introduce beautifully detailed, nicely complex but very understated, indeed almost backward middle weight flavors that finish with a regal austerity. This is not for those who like "friendly" young burgs and it will require several years to shed its youthful shell. In short, this is presently an exercise in understatement yet with great potential and breed."
