Palish red. Rather creamy aromas of redcurrant, mocha and sweet earth, with a savory saline quality that carries through onto the palate. For all its creaminess of texture, this wine's acidity and saline aspect, not to mention its chewy soil tones, give it a classically dry, tactile character.
