Raveneau Vintage Comparison Dinner

THURSday, MAY 25, 2023
6:30 PM Reception; 7:00 PM Dinner
Heimat
8/F LKF Tower, 33 Wyndham St, Central, Hong Kong
We will be hosting a vintage comparison of 2006 vs 2007 Raveneau wines including Blanchot, Les Clos, Montée de Tonnerre, Vaillons, and Valmur. Be prepared to indulge in some of the finest Burgundy wines crafted by one of the greatest producers in the region!
The Raveneau domaine, based in Chablis, has a rich history dating back to 1948 when François Raveneau purchased his first parcel of vines. Today, the domaine is managed by Jean-Marie and Bernard Raveneau, grandsons of François. They have shown remarkable consistency in producing high-quality, expressive wines with legendary longevity or aging potential.
This is an exceptional chance to taste and compare two fabulous vintages from Raveneau, which seldom happens. The 2006 vintage is considered concentrated and opulent yet balanced much like the 03s while the 2007 has more elegance and finesse much like the 04s. Taste them alongside each other and experience their unique qualities!
