John Gilman is one of wines most respected critics. His newsletter “View From the Cellar” is an indispensable resource to wine lovers and collectors alike. John has a passion for Riesling and is one of the foremost experts on these delicious wines. We are honored to have him lead us through this special evening. Riesling is a most noble grape and can be anywhere from bone dry to lusciously sweet and everything in between. The most important element is the balance of sugar and acidity with underlying minerality and nowhere on earth quite puts this all together like Riesling’s homeland of Germany.
