The 2015 Fontaine family Chassagne AC is very pretty and floral in personality this year, wafting from the glass in a vibrant blend of pear, peach, lovely soil tones, a potpourri of white flowers, a very discreet touch of vanillin oak and a topnote of citrus zest. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and succulent in the mid-palate, with very good acidity, fine focus and a long, zesty and wide open finish. High class villages. 2016-2030+
