The 2018 Clos des Hospices is another outstanding wine in the making chez Moreau. The superb nose jumps from the glass in a youthful blend of pear, lemon, apple, chalky soil tones, white flowers, lemon zest and a gentle touch of new oak. On the palate the wine is pure, fullbodied, long and shows off excellent mid-palate depth, with a fine girdle of acidity, excellent focus and grip and a long, complex and very classy finish. Outstanding potential. 2025-2075.
